“ I went to Ben & Florentine a while ago for the first time and had a bad experience. However, someone at the head office read my comments and kindly offered me a gift card to use at a differente location for me to give it a second chance. So I tried this location. I must admit I'm impressed! That is now my favorite spot for breakfast. The food is perfect every time. Generous servings and never ran out of coffee. I've been served by the same waitress (Nancy P.) the last 3 times. Nicest smile in town giving a 5 stars restaurant service. Makes you feel like you're the only person in the place. I love it! The remaining staff doesn't look bad either. I am a big fan of Ben & Florentine now! ”

The second time I went her name was Susan she was very helpful and always when I came in she'll always come by and have a conversation and ask me how my . But she was always helpful but I picked something she would tell me no pick something different it's a lot better all I'm going to say is the staffing and management in this location are great and helpful to people who are in English especially me which even I'm a French person who don't speak French.All I want to say is the food was great I ate there more than once every morning since I was in Quebec this is one of my favorite restaurants I've come to at this location 3638Chemin de chambly Longueui Thank you very much i was there August 29,30,31 ”
